We want you to love your Taylor Swift Store merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original mailer.

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.
